Breitbart, among others, is reporting another win for Trump's illegals agenda. In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court lifted a previous order from a federal judge who had previously blocked the Trump administration from deporting illegal aliens to alternative countries without “due process.”
While the court did not explain its ruling, it “granted the Trump administration’s emergency request” to put U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy’s injunction on hold, Politico reported.
Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson, of course, all dissented. Justice Sotomayor claimed in the dissenting opinion that the court was “rewarding lawlessness.” What a tragic waste of law degrees those three Libs are...
