Led Zeppelin's performance at Kezar Stadium in San Francisco on June 2, 1973. I was there...

This trible-bill concert was a legendary moment in rock history, and I was lucky enough to see the whole thing from the roof of my cousins building across the street from the stadium. The opening act was the Lee Michaels Band, followed by Ten Years Afer, and finnaly Zepllelin.
As part of their North American tour in support of the Houses of the Holy album, the concert drew an estimated 50,000 fans, making it one of the largest and most electrifying shows of the era.
The band delivered a powerhouse - albeit somewhat sloppy - setlist that included classics like Rock and Roll, Stairway to Heaven, and Whole Lotta Love, with Jimmy Page’s soaring guitar solos, Robert Plant’s wailing vocals, John Paul Jones’s intricate bass lines, and John Bonham’s thunderous drumming creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
Despite the chaotic crowd and technical challenges, the concert remains one of Zeppelin’s most celebrated performances, capturing the raw power and mystique that defined their live shows during their peak. And I was there. A 'high'light in my concert-going days, for sure...
