It is kinda fascinating when ya think about it. When my grandparents came to America, there were no movies and radio didn't exist. Their only entertainment option was entertaining themselves or maybe a live theater show. For my parents, radio and movies were available. For us, we had radio, TV, movies and theater. The choices kept growing so nowadays kids have almost literally thousands of channels of entertainment and news and music and god-knows what else, and they end up getting shit like this:
If no one paid attention to these fuckin' morons, would they behave the same just for themselves? Babs and I watched the first ten minutes of the Grammy broadcast last night, and I almost threw a beer at the screen. No wonder this new generation are as fucked up in the head as they are. But then again, every generation has said that about every other young subsequent generation, so shit just keep rolling farther and farther down hill, doesn't it?

I've owned a windows computer going to back to the original dual-floppy days, and I did learn somewhere along the line about Control C and Control V for copy and past, but sure as fuck never knew the rest of this shit was living in the background. G'head, force the music industry to give benefits to developing artists who are not generating revenue. Watch how fast more people identify as developing artists. Do those in favor think the boss is going to pay for that out of his own pocket? Mmmmm, no. Those who do generate revenue are going to be forced to take less. Liberals are always in favor of giving away free sh*t as long as someone else has to pay. Take the added costs out of their paychecks and watch how fast this idea goes away.
