Migrants previously could renew their work permits for 180 days. For years, Democratic mayors had lobbied DHS to extend such automatic employment authorization for migrants. ReplyDeleteWell, if it is a rule made (out of thin air?) by a member of the Executive Branch - versus a law passed by Congress - said rule should be revokable by the person who next hold Majeroff's position, or someone senior to that position.
