ReplyDeleteWhile not a fan of civil fortiture, I think the Gov't should seize all assets of illegals to defray the costs, if they self-deport they can join the line and apply to enter legally, if they get caught they lose any chance to return to this country.
Lee Ritenour made some good music. Rodney was/is my favorite comedian. Who now is better? There's more like 50 million illegals in this country.
ReplyDeleteFalling Water nearly fell down because FLW didn't do the engineering required for the reinforcing steel in the living room cantilevers. Wright was a brilliant designer but MANY of his designs had engineering problems.

Delete"Many of his designs had engineering problems"....ALL OF THEM. One of his "finest", the R&D tower at SCJohnson, allowed SNOW into the building! The 9 story tower had Pyrex tubing instead of windows, and was built without caulking. Located on the shore of Lake Michigan, it was a regular chore to wipe up the snow and meltwater when scientists came in on winter mornings. The building (a laboratory, remember) had one tiny elevator and one circular staircase- no way out for anyone above the 3rd floor in case of a fire in the single stairwell. It was a disaster as lab space.
DeleteForce the illegals to self-deport. Make it illegal for them to rent or own housing, get paid for any work, or own and operate a motor vehicle. Offer a bounty to anyone who turns in an illegal immigrant resulting in a deportation.
