The end of the inquisition as we've known it...

In a six-page motion to dismiss the 2020 election interference case, prosecutors have decided to withdraw the case before his inauguration in January.
“It has long been the position of the Department of Justice that the United States Constitution forbids the federal indictment and subsequent criminal prosecution of a sitting President,” wrote Smith’s top deputy, Molly Gaston. “That prohibition is categorical and does not turn on the gravity of the crimes charged, the strength of the Government’s proof, or the merits of the prosecution, which the Government stands fully behind,” she added.

The reality is, in the face of Kamala's loss, it's no longer politically expedient for him to continue. Make all the claims you want about constitution this and that - the reality is they never did have a case and they knew it. It was nothing more than partison badgering in it's worst form, and hopefully someone will hang  this Jack Smith jerkoff by his balls in a town square somewhere. Juss' sayin'...

  1. Another blog I was reading noted the charges were "dismissed", not "dismissed with prejudice." Therefore after Trump left office, the charges could be reinstated if the Dems thought it expedient.
