If we can't smack the stupid out of them, what else can we do?

At least back in the late 60's and early 70's people protested against a draft that would have had them sending guys like us overseas to die in some fuckin' rice paddies. These spoiled little anti-society scumbags just have their heads up each other's asses.
Columbia University activists are planning a protest of Veterans Day - which organizers want to “reclaim” from the “Israel-US war machine” in the name of Palestinians killed in Gaza. The unsanctioned student group Columbia University Apartheid Divest is circulating flyers for the event - set for Monday on the Ivy League school’s main Morningside Heights campus.

“Veterans Day is an American holiday to honor the patriotism, love of country, and sacrifice of veterans. We reject this holiday and refuse to celebrate it,” a flyer for the agitator group’s event said. “The American war machine should not be honored for the horrors unleashed on others,” the flyer added. “Instead, we will celebrate Martyrs Day in honor of those martyred by the Israel-US war machine. A day to honor the patriotism, love of country, and sacrifice of those martyrs.”

  1. No better day to examine the TRUTH about US foreign policy, trillions of Pentagon spending waste, tens of thousands who have died for foreign banking interests and arms merchant profits, and a Congress and foreign policy that is controlled by lobbyists from the same "friends" who murdered 34 and wounded 171 aboard the USS Liberty in 1967.

  3. I have to disagree with anon, It isn't the day to examine foreign policy etc. This and memorial day are to honor those who answered our countries call. I do agree that there should be a accounting of those who spend and squander our nations blood and treasure. Sad truth is that we lose so much in war and overall its the select few who benefit .
