I have nothing loaded on to the new system yet, no folders, no nothing - carbonite is backing up my old files from the old system.
Says it'll be finished in 13 hours. Film at 11:00 - tomorrow maybe...
PS - I got a rebuilt windows 10 HP on Amazon for only $ 110.00. Helluva deal.
Do you use any of the software packages that slow down/stop MS spyware operating on your computer?
ReplyDeleteI duel booted my WIN 10 laptop. I have Zorin on the other partition. It is faster and takes up less resources. It runs Windows applications and I have not found anything it can't do.

DeleteThose refurbished PC's are a steal. They usually come with a clean install of the OS, so there is no bloatware.
ReplyDeletenext time keep all your files on external SSDs then when you change systems or go to new release you won't lose anything.
ReplyDeleteYou lose software. Even when you tell it to install in another folder, it puts part of itself in the Windows folder.
