I know, friggin' EVERYTHING causes cancer. I get it. But, dude, even my stash?

This new 'study' (I really gotta get in to this 'study business') says that smoking 'heavily' will give you cancer, yet it doesn't define how much is that much. The study only looked at the heaviest users - those so addicted to weed that it was impacting their lives.
Fuck - I have about ten friends who I haven't seen not-slightly-stewed in 20 years, and they're still kickin'. Sounds a bit nefarious to me, like they want you to stop getting high or something.
As Alan Swan famously said: 'There is out, and there is OUT...'

  1. Inhaling the smoke of burning vegetation might cause a problem in delicate human lungs?
What idiot ever thought otherwise? Burning anything organic creates all sorts of PICS (products of incomplete combustion) that are toxic, carcinogenic, and/or mutagenic. Doesn't matter if it is tobacco, marijuana, crabgrass, wood, or coal. Smoke is NOT GOOD FOR YOU TO BREATH.

  2. Cannabis use is not healthy for the user. However, it does extend the lives of those around them significantly...
