This event takes stupid to a completely different level, doesn't it?
Every year at this time, grown men in Spain gather to prove what manner of morons they really are...
The town itself is actually quite beautiful, but the streets are narrow, the cobblestones are slippery and the men are jackasses. That's how you explain how they find themselves with very long bull's horns up their asses. Makes perfect sense to me.

He's gonna stay in it as long as he can, just to piss people off.
The ego is much too strong to ever let him back away on his own.

My father and brother were both cops when I went on the force back in the early 70's, and they both gave me shit for buying a Colt .22 for my off-duty weapon. The Department issued you a S&W .38 with 6" barrel for your service weapon, but if you wanted something for yourself for off-duty, you were on your own.
My brother had a 1911 Colt .45 that weighed about 50 lbs. - or so it seems, but that thing was a fuckin' cannon. My Dad actually had a real German Luger that my Uncle Nicky had brought back from Germany after the war. Nicky was an OSS spook who then went in to what became the CIA, but that's a story for another day... ...

It cannot be Desantis. The 12th amendment basically states that if the president and vice president are from the same state, then they cannot receive the electoral college votes from that state. Florida is too big for Trump to give up.
From what I've read, the 12th amendment deals with the selection of the president and vice president being chosen by the electoral college. Until this was changed the candidate with the most votes was the president and the VP was the "runner-up". There is not a law that prevents the president and vice president from being from the same state. This article explains the origin of the "same state" confusion.
In reading the article (thanks for the link), it is saying what I'm saying. If Trump picks Desantis, they cannot receive Florida's vote. The article points out that if it is going to be a landslide -- such as Reagan v. Mondale -- then the electoral votes from their home state does not matter. But if the election is close, those votes might make the difference between winning and losing. As much as we hope for a blow out, the election is going to be too close for Trump to eliminate Florida's votes.
If they’re doing physicals, maybe they could check to see if Lindsay and the other RINOs have any balls.
ReplyDeleteAll of my True Friends come with all kinds of conditions. There is bipolar, schizophrenic, introvert, drunk, and anti-social to name a few.
ReplyDeleteWaiting for the day when the Squad figures out they've hitched their wagon to a turd.
ReplyDeleteAlso, fuck you Lindsey. Where were you with this shit a year, or even six months ago?

ReplyDeleteSon't send your kids to a government-run/controlled school
Oops! that's only 99.9% of them
Desantis is completely the creation of the Sea Island billionaires group. You might as well call yourself a Deep State Cuck.
ReplyDeleteI am from Alabama and I do not believe Britt is the choice. I, like you, would give DeSantis some strong consideration.
