When the world 'goes green', what will keep us warm in winter?

I'm trying to get my head around the idea of all electric heaters and furnaces. So far, no good...

Foreign countries like China, Russia and Iran own at least 40 million acres of US farmland, pastures and forests, which officials claimed 'may have consequences for national security.' However, a watchdog said the government is not 'reliably' tracking data on land owners. Pictured is only farmland ownership. Data shows that 99 countries have a claim on US, with investors outside of America owning more of Texas than any other state. The The list of foreign ownership also includes the Republic of Cuba, Islamic Republic of Iran, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), the Russian Federation and Venezuela. Combined, investors of the nations own about 95,000 acres of agricultural land. But the estimates could be the tip of the iceberg because the  Government Accountability Office (GAO), which did the report, told DailyMail.com that the government is not 'reliably' tracking data on land owners.

Ya know, my wife would have called me lazy
for doing this if she didn't first appreciate
the creativity it took to create it...

Why does this news about this arrogant piece of shit make me happy? The New York Slimes is reporting that a grand jury in New Mexico indicted Alec Baldwin on Friday on a charge of involuntary manslaughter, reviving the criminal case against him in the fatal shooting of a cinematographer on the set of the film “Rust” more than two years ago when a gun he was rehearsing with went off.
The indictment, which came exactly one year after the first involuntary manslaughter case against him was announced, was the latest reversal of fortune for Mr. Baldwin. The local district attorney’s initial case fell apart and the initial charge against Mr. Baldwin was dismissed in April. But a new prosecution team, Kari T. Morrissey and Jason J. Lewis, decided to present the case to a grand jury, which indicted Mr. Baldwin on Friday.
In New Mexico, an involuntary manslaughter conviction on a charge like the one Mr. Baldwin faces can carry up to 18 months in prison.

This bar is unquestionably in my top 3 favorite places to hang out. It's in Lambertville, NJ, and it's tucked away all by itself on a side-street alley. On the second floor there is no bar, just cozy seating in over-stuffed chairs and sofas with a real working fireplace (or at least there usta be). Although it's not crazy expensive, they do charge a buck or two over other places for their drinks, but because of the atmosphere of the place, it's worth every penny - especially when the weather is rainy/shitty/snowy/cold like it is up there nowadays. Google 'The Boat House Lambertville' and see for yourself...

If you’re passing by the post office, you may want to go in and buy some stamps. Starting next week, they’ll be more expensive. Starting Sunday, Jan. 21, a Forever Stamp will cost 68 cents, or two cents more than its current price.

  1. I’ts amazing isn’t it that we allow some of these countries to buy and own property in our country. And we just can’t blame the Dems for this either. Anyone try buying property in Mexico lately? BTW, it may be time we look at Mexico as an enemy with all of their abetting of these illegal Em Effers spilling into our country

    1. Oh c’mon now, how are you supposed to dump a team just because you moved. Plus back then how were you NOT supposed to root a for team with Mickey Mantle on it

  3. Regarding Venezuela's ownership of US lands, maybe we need to nationalize their property like they did to US owned property in Venezuela.
