ReplyDeleteI have owned a condo in Crescent Beach for 30 years and have had many great vacations there. I sold my NE Atlanta Georgian style house for $475K this year. If I sold the condo I still cannot afford a home that is 90% equivalent to the living standard I had in Atlanta in the St. Augustine area. I would need another $400K.
