Lime Out is a floating taco restaurant accessible by boat only in the middle of Coral Bay on St. John in the US Virgin Islands. It's operated by the daughter of a dear friend of mine from NJ who sadly passed away earlier this year.
There are more than a few charter companies offering all varieties of ways to access Lime Out. Right in Coral Harbor there are shuttles including SALT + LIME express, Flyaway Charters VI, and Captain Johnny Cakes. There is also a dinghy rental which allows you to explore the greater Coral Bay area as well as have lunch with on the water...
