Look at the hair on top of her head, how you can pick out individual hairs. Now look at the detail on her top, and what you can see of her pants or belt. Sharply focused, detailed. So this is not a short F stop kind of photo. Now look at her hair that falls over her shoulder and around those perfect breasts. It's an amorphous blob.
