A Utah community has ordered a resident to strip his “risqué” Halloween display from public property – one featuring a pole-dancing skeleton. Christopher Fujishin’s display featured two skeletal onlookers offering money while “watching” another skeleton with a purple wig “dancing” on a city stop sign just outside his home in Grantsville.
