California Gov. Gavin Newsom - a presumable 2024 Presidential 

candidate - was caught on video running over a Chinese kid 

while playing a pickup basketball game during his trip to the country. 

He just wanted to show the Chicoms that he's more Joe Biden 

than Joe Biden is. Go figure...
