This always seemed intuitively self evident to me:
ReplyDeleteYou pass on the right to show peaceful intent and/or trust, or on the left to show caution/distrust.
Driving on the right makes sense for most of us as we cope better with judging stuff on our right. Aircraft carriers have the island on the right of the pilots for this reason.
