Back in '73 when I got out of the Army I went to Rutgers (Newark). There were around 10,000 students at Rutgers back then. Maybe - and this is only my guess - there might have been a couple hundred or maybe a little more gay guys and gals. We didn't really know back then 'cause everybody kinda kept it to themselves and lived their private lives privately.
Nowadays, these fuckin' kids make claims just to be perceived as cool and part of the LBGTXYZ crowd. 20% of kids now are queer in one way or another? How did that happen? I honest to god have no idea. If they think they're confused about their sexuality, they have no fuckin' clue how confused we are about them. For the record, I have no feelings one way or the other. Whatever floats your boat, Queenie. Juss' sayin'...

ReplyDeleteWhen the colleges and universities start saying they want to give preference to purple kids from Mars, you'll suddenly see a plethora of kids claiming to be purple Martians. These are the kind of college graduates who will game the system to favor themselves every time. Same bunch that won't repay their student loans. It's getting to be that any non-STEM college graduate should be thought of as a cheater and grifter.
