The 2024 hopeful told his California counterpart he will start to debate him once he actually launches a bid for president . The challenge comes as Newsom continues to launch attacks against DeSantis – specifically regarding flying migrants from border state to so-called sanctuary cities. Gavin Newsom says that he is weighing possible criminal prosecution of Ron DeSantis for 'disgraceful' migrant flights to Democrat-run sanctuary cities.
