ReplyDeleteThey usually fold after you bounce them off the ground or a close wall. It also doesn't hurt your hands .
ReplyDeleteBounced a guy's head off a Ford van's front grill and bumper....he lost enthusiasm for the fight soon after...my hands were in fine shape, too....warning to guys with long hair....it makes a great handle....
ReplyDeleteLiver punch is bad real bad. Liver kick is worse. It can cause toxic shock. I trained MMA and got kicked in the Liver. It dropped me like a bad habit. Only time I got knocked off my feet from a strike
