A federal judge blocked much of New Jersey’s recently enacted gun carry law on Tuesday, the latest setback in the Murphy administration’s efforts to tighten laws amid legal challenges from gun-rights groups.

    Dear AG Platkin: Pleeeeze appeal this decision; just like like DC Mayor Adrian Fenty kept appealing Heller v DC.
