If it is just that easy why has he not done the same for Ukraine? Hell if it was that easy America could demand the uncivil and immoral leave the new country they landed in, leave appointed offices , leave their elected offices and return to an acceptable socialist and or communists country. Suddenly America would be debt free, crime free and peaceful instead of the current pieceful.
