Hey, Florida man - don't fuck with my Big Mac...

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Investigators say they found the man who shot and killed another person in a McDonald's parking lot, but the gunman said he was the one who was attacked.
On Dec. 11, the Brevard County Sheriff's Office said they responded to a McDonald’s located at 6857 North Highway 1 in Port St. John at around 8:30 p.m. Deputies said they found a man in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
After an investigation, deputies said the man had walked up to a car belonging to 36-year-old Brandon Turner of Cocoa and began to physically attack him. Investigators believe the man attacked Turner thinking he was someone else. The sheriff's office said during the unprovoked attack, Turner fired his gun from the car, hitting the man. Investigators said the case is still ongoing and upon conclusion, the case will be forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office for review.
