You don't have to BE in Florida to be a 'Florida Man'. Juss' sayin'...

 
Weed is legal in Colorado, but state law prohibits more than 12 marijuana plants per household. 
It is kinda curious that it was important for them to identify what state he's from. I guess they haven't had a really good 'Florida man' story in a while...
