ReplyDeleteThe Maine Lobster industry is under attack because environmnentalkists believe that the ropes connecting the lobster trap to the buoy could become entangled with the Right Whale, an endangered species. Fact is, there is no evidence of ANY whale being entangled. IN fact, several solutions have been proposed, but none accepted, in spite of the lack of real evidence of a real problem. interesting that the data comes from California. seems they want to fuck up Maine too.
