The unidentified idiot woman was leaning backwards out of the window of the SUV which was driving through Makhachkala, capital of Dagestan, a strict Muslim republic in southern Russia. 

She falls head first into the street and bangs her head on the road but was evidently not seriously hurt. She is seen picking herself up and running to the Mitsubishi Pajero as other drivers stop to offer assistance.
