As many people around the world move to boycott Russian products,
one of the most iconic vodka brands will be officially changing its name. The company that owns Stolichnaya vodka announced that it is officially adopting the drink's unofficial nickname, and will now brand the vodka as Stoli. The Stoli Group said the rebranding effort is in "direct response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine."
"The three driving factors behind the decision are the founder's vehement position on the Putin regime; the Stoli employees determination to take action; and the desire to accurately represent Stoli's roots in Latvia," the company said in a statement.

Stolichnaya started out as a Russian brand in the former Soviet Union, though there is even some disagreement about when exactly it started. But in recent years, the vodka has been produced in Latvia by the Luxembourg-based Stoli Group. That company was founded by the exiled Russian billionaire Yuri Shefler, a vocal critic of President Vladimir Putin who fled Russia in 2002.
Meanwhile, the Russian government has continued making a state-owned version of the brand sold and marketed within the country. A key difference between the two, according to the Stoli Group, is that the label on the state-sponsored alcohol clearly says it is Russian made.

According to the main-stream media geniuses, Joe Biden’s son Hunter has been the gift that keeps on giving to the political right in America, with his public struggles with addiction, scandalous private life and tangled business life. To the left, Hunter’s travails are dismissed as a Republican political obsession and a talking point for tabloid journalism and internet gossip.
But last week, two witnesses called before a federal grand jury seated in Wilmington, Delaware, which is looking into the tax affairs of the president’s son, made the subject harder to avoid.
First there was Lunden Roberts, with whom Biden has a three-year-old unacknowledged child. Then Zoe Kestan, an ex-girlfriend and lingerie and textile designer, spent five hours giving testimony on Biden’s spending, including – reportedly – stays at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, where, in 2018, allegedly, Biden was preoccupied with cooking crack cocaine.
Wretched and salacious as that sounds, much of Hunter Biden’s story, detailed at length in his autobiography Beautiful Things, published last year, tends that way. “I’m not a curio or a sideshow to a moment in history,” Biden claimed in his book. “I’ve worked for someone other than my father, [I rose and fell on my own.”
What a buncha malarkey, Hunter. You couldn't tie yer own fuckin' shoes if your old man didn't bend over for ya.

Bill Barr said he suspected Vladimir Putin would see President Joe Biden (left inset) as 'weak' and start 'grabbing whatever he wanted' with more bravado. The former Attorney General, who served under Donald Trump's administration, added that Biden's win offered Russia with 'no incentive to use diplomacy', especially following the President's withdrawal from Afghanistan and taking the U.S. out of energy independence. Speaking with Fox News, Barr said: 'Given Biden's manifest weakness, Putin is likely to feel he's better off making no concessions at all.' A passage from Barr's new book, One Damn Thing After Another: Memoirs of an Attorney General, read: 'I am afraid that, with a wavering, intermittently alert Joe Biden in the Oval Office, Vladimir Putin will pursue Russian strategic goals more assertively and feel little need to find agreed-upon frameworks with the U.S.' Touching on 'Russia-gate', Barr implied that by furthering the state away from diplomatic relations following Trump's loss, Russia became bolder. In the right inset picture over his shoulder, a US Marine is seen grabbing an infant over a fence of barbed wire during an evacuation at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul on August 19, 2021.
Joe did a great job on that one, huh?

  1. Does Chucky Schummer know that Emmett Till was murdered (NOT "lynched") by Democrats?
