It's perfectly okay to name someone to one of the highest positions in the country based solely on race and sex, right?
She's been a Federal Judge for less than a year. Of COURSE she's qualified.
Joe Biden will name Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson (again I ask - is that a real name of were those the only Scrabble letters left to pick from?) to the Supreme Court, replacing retiring Associate Justice Stephen Breyer with a jurist who would become the first Black woman to serve on the nation’s highest court in its 233-year history, according to a source familiar the process. The source, of course, spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss details of the internal process. Why are news sources allowed to quote unattributed sources?
Jackson, - no relation to the writer of this blog, of course - is a 51-year-old federal appeals court judge in Washington, D.C. She's long been considered a front-runner for the president’s first Supreme Court nomination.
Because she was recently confirmed by the Senate, her selection may be a signal the White House is aiming for a bipartisan process – or, at the very least, a less messy fight than has been the case for recent nominees.
I am confident she will be fair, impartial and balanced in any and all the decisions she's involved in.

When you have a president whose main objective is to destroy what's left of the country after his disastrous first year, this is the expected next step, fly in the face of the Republic by diluting the Supreme Court as much as possible with unqualified, socialist leaning candidates based strictly on the color of their skin and their gender....
