Aside from the fact that she was just smokin' friggin' hot when she was younger, seeing this newsblip made me flash back to a conversation I had with my father when I was just starting to date girls - when I was around 11 or 12 or so. 

He's driving me to this girl Denice's house and before I get out of the car he turns and says to me: "I'll only give you one piece of advice here, Skippy (he did call me that ALL the time). Camrin Williams - aka C Blu (left and main) - was locked up in Brooklyn on gun and assault charges for shooting Officer Kaseem Pennant (right), 27, just a week earlier in the Bronx. Williams was arrested after officers responded to reports of unrest on January 18. He refused when officers asked him to take his hands out of his pockets and got into a scrap with the cops. 

During the battle, a gun Williams - identified as a member of a subset of the Crips - was holding fired and a single bullet struck and wounded Pennant and hit Williams in the groin. Williams, who is already on probation for a 2020 gun possession arrest, posted $250,000 bond to get out of the juvenile facility on Thursday, reportedly with an advance on his contract with Interscope Records.
