Well, if you think you don't need ID for the guns, then you need more than the Claritin to understand the process. Look up 4473, it's a fucked up ATF form, and yes it requires ID and a check against a fucked set of data to see if you're a prohibited person. Ex girlfriend not like you and call in a bullshit charge against you? no gun for you....
