A great cause

Take a look at this and see if you can't reach down and help a little.

Austin Gibson joined the USMC in 2013 shortly after graduating from high school in Southern Iowa and was intent on rising to the ultimate challenge by becoming a Force Recon Marine. Enduring the rigorous mental and physical training and selection process, Austin maintained his edge by following a clear philosophy ingrained in him since childhood, "If you start something, you better finish it." He's now using that same mentality to overcome an even greater challenge as a result of a night training accident gone wrong over the skies of Arizona. After performing a high altitude, low open (HALO) jump, Austin's parachute failed to deploy at the correct altitude and upon hitting the ground, nearly died. Now wheel-chair bound, Austin continues to live the very principles ingrained in him since becoming a Force Recon Marine: Honor, Perseverance, Spirit, and Heart. On Fundraiser Friday we're raising money for Austin and his wife to purchase a specially adapted pick up truck which would bring Austin much needed independence and continued inspiration as he seeks to one day walk again.
