I'm not a very 'profound' kinda guy. I actually tend to be pretty much all surface. Occasionally, however, I find myself trying to paddle on down towards the deep end of the thought pool.

I've found the best cut of steak for taste is a good marbled bone-in ribeye. Bone in grilled over high heat and bone-out pan-fried in an aluminum restaurant pan. Lotsa salt & peppa before cooking, squeeze of lemon after. To die for I say...
