The phrase is a direct quote from Shakespeare's Hamlet,
specifically Act III, scene 2. "Thou dost protest too much"...
Have you ever stopped and tried to figure out why leftie loonies do all this protest and property destruction shit when they don't get their way? I haven't bothered to try to figure it out 'cause I ain't nuts so I can't see things the way they do. The bigger issue might be why people on the right (not to imply 'correct') side of things don't protest hardly ever. Why is that? Too many things to ponder this early in the day...

The benefits of a tariff are visible. Union workers can see they are "protected". The harm which a tariff does is invisible. It's spread widely. There are people that don't have jobs because of tariffs but they don't know it.

The days of trench warfare and massing armies to face each other on the field of battle are long since gone. This is the way most major conflicts will be fought going forward - by men and women sitting at computer consoles killing things and people on their monitor screens. Kinda takes the fun out of killing, doesn't it? Jeez...

ReplyDeleteThe lefty protesters are the same ones who like to run HOAs and tell everyone what to do all the time.
ReplyDeleteTrump is using tariffs to make trade fair. Why can't people see that? Half this country likes being ripped off by foreign governments and our own domestic criminal enterprise in Washington.

ReplyDeleteThis is a bit rah-rah for the Ukraine, but the drone footage is intense. Armor & infantry have become outmoded.

McIlroy getting the Green Jacket, a day ending in Y. Both are good reasons for my Irish friends to crack open a beer.
ReplyDeleteTariffs aren't great, but people complaining about reciprocal tariffs are hypocrits.
ReplyDeleteIf history books are the most popular genre in Massachusetts it's obvious that the lessons of history are not being learned or retained by most of the population. Massachusetts is home to some of the most stupid laws, politicians and voters in the nation.
ReplyDeleteWhere is the man that drove the space craft? You know the women would have crashed it.
