Falling iguanas are green iguanas that fall out of trees in Florida when the temperature drops below 40° F. This happens because iguanas are cold-blooded and can't regulate their body temperature in cold weather. When temperatures drop below the mid-40s, iguanas become cold-stunned and may fall from trees. They may appear dead, but they are still alive.
Iguanas climb trees to sleep, but when they get too cold,
they lose their grip and fall. Keep looking up!

Why do I do what I do here on the blog?
Being able to present what my wife creates is the best reason I have
for doing this, and besides, what else would I do with all this free time?
Anyway, when you buy her gifts of the jewelry Barbara makes, you do three things:
You show your support for this blog, you get a great gift and you get it at a very good price. Just click on that picture of some of her work to see what she has available today.
