and he had an insight that I haven't heard. The caller - a guy from New Jersey no less (go figure, huh?) - said what we all know is true. 'You can NOT argue with a liberal'.
His assertion was point on. He said that arguing with them is actually a waste of breath - they are incapable of making any kind of cognitively developed argument on almost any subject they say they know as truth.
His idea is that instead of trying to argue with them, what we should do is turn any discussion with them into a question-and-answer session, and sit back and watch their brains explode when they can't justify anything they tell you they believe in. The guy was dead on the fuckin' money. Remember this tidbit...

I spotted this display in a store in Ireland - one of those fancy little
tchotchke stores that women have a magnetic attraction to. Those bags
of crap were priced at 12 pounds each - that translates into roughly $ 16.00.
The store was in a town that had an Atlantic beach. What was the beach
almost literally completely covered with? Sea weed. Idiots.
