It's simple. If you grow your own they can't tax it. What part of that don't you understand?

 

Days after the international holiday for weed, activists planted cannabis in front of the Statehouse in Trenton to protest New Jersey’s ban on growing your own. New Jersey, which legalized taxable, state-controlled weed in 2021, setting up a market for the selling of recreational weed to adults. 

The state has declined to allow for the limited private growing of cannabis, also known as homegrow. Some protests are worth while, some a little less so. The people who did this were arrested for possesion of marijuana plants. How could ya be this fuckin' stupid.
