ReplyDeleteBought my house in Pinellas County in 1995 for 149 K, a goodly amount in those days....Zillow now says it's worth 750K....really?.....

ReplyDeleteCalifornia's in the "not as bad as most" group because it's housing prices were already ridiculously inflated in 2018.
