  2. I went through this when i was 50 its so simple there is no fiber in beef chicken pork or any meat or anything
that comes from them like milk eggs so forth. All fiber comes from plants or trees . A person needs 30 grams of
fiber a day. Some things like lettuce have not much beans have a lot and various beans vary in amount of fiber
google it and print it out. I happen to like beans so its easy for me. I fart a lot but with my bad hearing that
    doesnt bother me joe camel

  3. Eat a bowl of oatmeal first thing every morning. :I'm almost 79, and regular like a clock.

    You're welcome.

  4. An apple a day or 4 prunes will have you regular about 18 hours after eating them. I am 62 and diabetic. I have a banana every other day and share half of an apple with my wife every other day. On the off day I do make it a point to have a salad. Strawberries, pears, green beans, spinach, artichokes, and squash can be part of the daily diet.

  5. Best vegetable for dogs? Pumpkin. No kidding - NOT the pie filling, just plain pumpkin. Our 15 year-old dog had been getting constipated, and a cashier at Aldi's mentioned the pumpkin trick. Damned if it didn't work a treat. The poop tends to be quite orange, though. But, soft.
