we built ours out of tumbleweeds, they worked great for us and they would slow down dirt clods.
ReplyDeletemany wars were fought and many a kid was battered over empty dirt lots. good times.
as kids we made a snow fort and pour water over to harden it up so to speak. well, the "fort" was in our backyard for close to 2 maybe 3 weeks before it melted away. dad asked us not to do that again for some reason. dave in pa.
