There's too much news and none of it good...

Search Google for any news item - pick one -
and you'll come up with thousands of responses...

All of that different coverage is on just one subject, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. There are too many markets and too many news outlets trying to grab their share of whatever revenues are avilable to them in those markets. Take you local news for instance. If you live in any even small market area, you most likely have three different network affiliates all covering the same exact  stories at the same exact time. It's just too much. Not only is it overkill, it's becoming incomprehensible to people, because most people don't even know what they should and shouldn't know. Case in point - a guy shot a guy in Dallas last night. Why should I give a shit about that? Even most of the people in Dallas don't need to know about that. Juss' sayin'...

A system near Cancun is likely to eventually become Tropical Storm Idalia in the Gulf of Mexico. After lingering near Cancun, it will move north in the eastern Gulf of Mexico. It should arrive along Florida's Gulf Coast by Wednesday, then spread into the parts of the Southeast. It is forecast to become a hurricane before making its landfall. Flooding rain, winds, high surf, coastal flooding and some tornadoes are possible.

Claude Monet in his home studio painting one of his Water Lily Paintings back in 1920. Think about it. If he didn't have a commission prepaid to create that, why would he ever be motivated to create something so large, and yet so subtle and brilliant? Must be nice to have a studio that big, also.

New York City has had a major influx of migrants over the past year, with more than 100,000 migrants flooding the city from the United States's southern border since the spring of 2022.
The City's Mayor is considering dropping the City's 'Sanctuary City' status. You can't make this shit up

This is what I'm talking about. This is the front page of just one news site in just one market - a market that generates an enormous amount of news in and on itself, yet look at the divergency of the stories they feature up front. It's too much for the average pea-brained civilian to take in.
That may explain why people know so much about so much but they don't understand the simplest things. I wonder what Kim Kardashian is wearing this morning - know what I mean?

In spite of my jabbering about too many news items, here I am talking about this jerkoff on the subway in New York City. This nappy-headed little dickbag brought his bike on to a subway car. What kind of entitled little jerkoff do you have to be to even think of doing something that stupid?
I'm thinking he stole the fuckin' thing and didn't have the keys to get it started. That'd make as much sense as anything else. Click on the picture to see the Twit on this twit...

I'd bet you damn near every fuckin' dime I've got that 99% of the people who live there don't even know there's a law - one that's on the books already - that basically shit-cans gas-powered vehicle in the State in the not-too-distant future. Over and over again you hear the old saying 'Be careful what you wish for' and yet they still elect these fuckin' jackwagons who create legislation so detrimental to their own beings and livelihoods. This legislation is as bad - if not worse - than anything any whackjob out in the Land of Fruits and Nuts could ever come up with. Read it and weep for the people who still live there:

  2. Oh here in jersey we all know about the electric cars by 2035 thing. And we sll know that not a watt of reliable power generation is in the works. Useless solar and garbage wind are the only options on the table. Gov Murphy is making rules for the carts before he’s figured out how to breed horses.
