Leon W. Russell, 73, the NAACP's Chairman, has lived in Florida for his entire adult life after growing up in Virginia. Today, he lives in a two-bedroom home in north Tampa. Russell however joined calls for African Americans to boycott the state yesterday. The travel advisory claims Ron DeSantis is trying to 'erase' black history by eradicating CRT from schools. How do people like him get so hateful?

I can guarantee that local residents and local businesses would be ecstatic to have a spring break season free of the violence, rapes, burglaries, shoplifting, and other "blessings" that out of state blacks bring to the state. We've all seen the videos of the Miami area last month. Hopefully this warning will keep Memorial day weekend a lot calmer.
