What's Joe's new advice for all the tech guys getting laid off these days?

 Maybe they should go back to the coal mines... 

 

Oh, that right - he promised (just like Hillary did) if he was elected President, he'd shut down the coal industry, didn't he? His advice to the coal miners of America - learn to 'code'...
