  1. I gave up on Major League Baseball when the Atlanta Braves became the Cobb County Braves. If you live east of I-85/400 and south of I-20 a Braves game is no longer a day trip like it was when they were downtown Atlanta at the Ted. I live 2 miles from the minor league stadium in Gwinnett. It was put in Gwinnett as a concession for making a live Braves game twice as expensive as a hotel stay would be required. On game day it is a two hour trip to get to the gates of the Cobb field and a two and a half to three hour to get back to North Gwinnett when the game is over. Traffic is horrible around the new stadium and parking is a 20 to 25 minute walk.

  2. So MLB's grand idea is to thoroughly piss off the fans with non-strikes causing outs. Are they getting advice from the NFL?
