Ya know why your Captain Crunch is so expensive now? Climate change. Yup. That's why...

According to somebody who's supposed to know this shit at the UN or the USDA or somewhere, one-sixth of all agricultural production is traded internationally - which means that what happens in many of those highly climate-vulnerable countries will impact the price of what Americans eat or drink. Even their Captain Crunch.
This hypothosis is fucking ridiculous. The way people twist logic, reason and science just to fit their own agendas is why the world is as fucked up today as it is. I'm surprised they don't blame Covid and high gas prices on climate change also.

Know what this chart shows you? It shows how much
the Pirates sucked last year. That's all...

I still say Barsotti is a master of the sublime.

You can have all the naked, noir, moody or suggestive pics you want. I still say this is the sexiest picture of a woman I've ever seen.

Republicans need to put forth better candidates going forward and learn to adapt more towards the style of campaigning the Dems are so good at. Politico even says Herschel was a bad candidate. Read their take on this:

Great pic, isn't it? This is at the Ringling Museum here in Sarasota,
not far from where I am. There's a good article about the museum here:

I wonder where or how I can get my hands on one. Sure could use it lately...

And inevitably, whenever these chuckleheads get together
and spew this bullshit, they always manage somehow to demonize us - the United States - as if we're the cause of all of the world's problems. I know a good way to eliminate a lot of the hot air pollution and carbon monoxide emiisions on New York City's East side of Manhattan. Throw these over-bloated diplomats the fuck outta there. They don't like us anyway. Let 'em go to Brussels or wherever the fuck else...

More than 1,100 unionized New York Times staffers are intending to embark on a 24-hour strike today, leaving editors at the newspaper scrambling to put out a credible digital report for the day and print editions for the days following.
A protest featuring some of the paper's most celebrated names is scheduled outside the Times' midtown Manhattan headquarters for 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Pulitzer Prize winner Nikole Hannah-Jones is among those expected to speak.
" It's disappointing that they're taking such drastic action," Times Co. CEO Meredith Kopit Levien wrote in a memo late last night. She cited what she called "the clear commitment we've shown to negotiate our way to a contract that provides Times journalists with substantial pay increases, market-leading benefits, and flexible working conditions.

The paper's journalists have not had a working contract since March 2021. Negotiations between the paper's management and the Times Guild have broken down mainly over pay.
There's much more to this if you need it:

Yeah - okay. Times must be seriously different from our parent's
and grandparent's days, 'cause nowadays, you buy your wife
a toaster or a vaccuum cleaner for Christmas and you could
probably forget her about ever doing your laundry again. Juss' sayin'...

Yeah, uh no. First, I don't take republican cadidate advice from a democrat mouthpiece like Politico. Second, Walker was undercut by his own party, e.g., the state's republicrat LtGov telling people not to vote for him. Third, Walker didn't stand a chance if the republicrats weren't going to take on the Atlanta democrat machine running the polls/poll counting. Walker's failure shows exactly what the establishment republicrats are good for. Nothing. Not a goddamned thing.

  3. Ever notice how the 'humans are a problem' crowd never do anything about their little piece of the problem. Hypocrites, all.
