Is it a good thing to know we're not the only consumers of trivial nonsense?

Sometimes it's just better to not know
anything at all. Just ask my wife...

Sure - sometimes it's better to know shit in advance. Like whether or not the gun you're fucking with is loaded or not (ask Alec about that one), if the road you're driving on is washed out up ahead, or if the cliff's edge you're standing on is stable enough to support you. That's all well and good, but more often than not, most information is too much information. And yet we chase it like lemmings jumping off the cliff, not worrying if we're on solid ground or not - and not caring.

My point is, or should be, that maybe we do, at least at times, take the world too seriously. Why do we need to know all the stupid shit we do know? It's not like Ken Jennings is gonna pop up on our radar any time soon. Juss' sayin'...

So Trump brought 'em back and now Biden's driving them back out again. Interesting economical philosophy ya got there, Joey boy...

Yeah, tell me you didn't hear that in Jon Anderson's voice
in your head. I sure as fuck did...

If it didn't cost anything (who needs the fancy outfits really?) I think kids learning ballroom dancing is a great idea. It would teach them courtliness, manners, good posture, teamwork and how not to fuckin' slouch or mope and it'll give 'em something to do besides just starin' at their cell phones all the time. Jeez.

Somebody from AZ chime in on this, will ya? We need a better perspective on her than what we're getting from the bullshit news. I know she's good looking and a good speaker, but I'm starting to think she a little to the far side of batshit crazy. Am I wrong? Give us your perspective from out there.

In case you didn't know, Stellantis is a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation formed in 2021 on the basis of a 50–50 cross-border merger between the Italian-American conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the French PSA Group. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam.
That's who makes you 'All American' Jeep.

Ernest Borgnine and Grace Kelly at the 28th Academy Awards ceremony
after she presented him with the Oscar for Best Actor in a leading role for the film ‘Marty’. March 21, 1956. 'Wuddya wanna do Marty?' 'I don't know Ange - wuddyu wanna do?' Great movie.

So ya got three different stories right in a row on the same website
(in this case The Hill.com). Which one do you read first?
Myself, I didn't read any of 'em because my personal feeling is that bringing this broad back instead of any of the other Americans stuck in prisons over there is the worst case of pandering to a number of different groups that I may have ever seen. I think it's absolutely fuckin' despicable, but hey - that's just me bein' me, right?

Mies Van der Rohe said it best when he was quoted as saying "God is in the details". He dind't design anything as beautiful and visually compelling as this building, but he was good at what he did do - 'modern boring'...
...

Another of the great ironies of his legacy.
...

Speaking of me being me, this is me from
six years ago on Fakebook. Interesting...

Just so ya know they're not all angels over there, either.

His best role by far...

  1. Kari Lake isn't crazy. It's all about election fraud. Go to the Gateway Pundit and read a little.

  2. Given the evil mendacity of our current government at both state and federal levels, I have no doubt massive voter fraud is an ongoing thing. So calling that into question is "batshit crazy?" If we had half the integrity of the Brazilians, we'd be hanging those election officials from the nearest telephone pole.

  3. Too bad those Jeep employees are union and voted against President Trump, who saved their Jobs. Too bad the union members vote exactly as their communist unions tell them to. Their unions told them to vote for fellow communist, Biden. Now all those folks who lost their jobs, their community, and their economy will be devastated. Union members should demand a refund of their union dues.

    1. I know I've shed no tears at all for these assholes....stupidity is deadly when it is allowed to endure and fester over the ages....unions embody that to the nth degree....

  4. I agree with anonymous. Maricopa County in particular had wide scale voter fraud. At least one other county had so much irregularities that the officials refused to certify the election until the secretary of states office threatened them with jail (oh, and the secretary of state of AZ was Lake's opponent).
