'But we need their oil' - Imagine if Trump did this...

The Biden administration declared Thursday that Saudi Arabia's crown prince should be considered immune from a lawsuit over his role in the killing of U.S.-based journalist Jamal Khashoggi. The decision marks a turnaround from Joe Biden's passionate campaign trail denunciations of Prince Mohammed bin Salman over the brutal slaying on October 2, 2018.

Dude high-fives Putin but will only barely fist-bump Biden.
That should tell ya something...

The administration said the senior position of the crown prince - also Saudi Arabia's de facto ruler and recently named prime minister - should shield him against a suit brought by the fiancée of slain Washington Post columnist Khashoggi, as well as the rights group Khashoggi founded, Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN).

  1. Would this not - under American Law - be a matter for the Court and not the Executive Branch?
