  2. yup. if you want to know where all the money goes, look for farther than management.
    key staff will get worked to death, long shifts. and the lowest pay they can get away with paying.
    and the clowns "running things" get a bonus. I seen this way too many times.
    and some jobs in healthcare are worse than loading trucks all day. this I know.
    didn't like management due to all of the bullshit that came with it.

    1. When my LPN wife worked at the local hospital, that was the way. No money for raises for the nurses, but the higher ups were really well paid and there was always money to add another doctors building or two or three.

    1. Long before the "plandemic" - many, many years before. I can guarantee you the mid-'60s and it was going on long before that. Interns and nurses were being worked to death, schedules set by administrators who watched the clock closely so they could leave every day at 1700.

  4. mandatory overtime, bad staffing ratios, low pay .......been that way for over 50 years
