California's EV goal is useless as the state does not have an updated Electrical Grid and enough Energy Producing Plants to support added EVs. It is having brownouts and blackouts now, and they are trying to stop the shutdown of their last Nuclear Plant that is due for within 12 months. This is with only 1-2% of EVs. If this happens it should wake up other states that they cannot do it.
