Joe Biden's Rehoboth Beach, Del. vacation house has jumped to nearly $500,000. The contract last year was for $456,000. Biden is currently in Wilmington, and is expected to arrive at his beach house soon. I'm sure the Secret Service love it when they see Joe pulling out the bike...

ReplyDeleteI know math: 456,000 plus Ten Percent for The Big Guy makes $500,000 .............
I did the other math. The perimeter of the property is 493 feet. It will take them 95 weeks to do the job. This works out to $1000 per foot and, assiming a 5 day work week, a build rate of 14” per day, for $1100 per day. Where can I get a lame ass high paying job like that???
