tore up my knee four years ago...
See - I even had an official golf shirt with my name on it, so it must be true.
Anyway, I'm playing my first round of golf this morning since I tore the ACL in my right knee. I have (as my wife would say) Arthuritis in both knees AND torn meniscus in both as well. Other than that I'm in great shape. Gonna be interesting no matter what.
I can guarantee one thing for sure - I'll get my money's worth on the greens fee...

The Reuters Institute revealed last month that 42% of Americans actively avoid the news at least some of the time because it grinds them down or they just don’t believe it. Fifteen percent said they disconnected from news coverage altogether. In other countries, such as the UK and Brazil, the numbers selectively avoiding it were even higher.

Alongside the rising number of people avoiding news is a drop in trust in reporting in the US to the lowest point yet recorded at just 26% of the population.

I saw Tiny Tim once. He was on the NJ Turnpike driving a Chevy Chevette and it looked like he had every possession he owned crammed into that car.
